Payment methodThis event has a token payment system. You can purchase tokens with either bank or card/credit card. We accept Maestro, VISA, Mastercard and VPay cards. Note this event is cashless.Tickets at the doorAs per our permit given by the city of Amsterdam tickets are NOT available at the door.AgeKNXT Turbo Club is an 18+ event. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter (even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adults). ID’s will be checked at the entrance without exception, so don’t forget to bring your driver’s license, ID card or passport. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. A valid identification document is an official certificate, therefore copies will not be accepted.Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile phoneThe e-ticket can be scanned from your phone, but make sure you download it upfront, have your batteries charged and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in. Then, it’s time to switch off your phone and start dancing. There are no phone charging facilities at the venue.Bike / Car parkingBicycles and cars must be parked in the designated parking places. If you fail to do so you risk your vehicle to be removed. Instructions of the traffic supervisors should always be followed. Note that all bikes will be removed 24 hours after the event.LockersThere are lockers available at the venue to safely store any belongings. To avoid queuing we advise you to get your locker prior to the event online. How do e-locker work ?At KNTXT Turbo Club we work with e-lockers, which means there is no deposit and no key. You will receive your locker number and pin code via email (latest 4 hrs before the start of the event). If you did not receive this, please go to the locker desk at the venue. If you purchase your locker at the venue, you will get the personal pin code at purchase. The locker can be opened and closed with your personal pin code. Be careful when entering your pin code, people might look over your shoulder. Going home? Close your locker and go to the exit, you don’t have to pass by the Lockerbox service desk.When and how will I receive my locker number and pin code?You will receive your locker number and pin code via email (latest 4 hrs before the start of the event). Be careful when entering your pin code, people might look over your shoulder.What are the dimensions of the lockersThe small lockers are 24cm wide, 28cm high and 50cm deep. Large lockers are 35cm wide, 28cm high and 50cm deep.IN + IN and OUT = OUTAfter leaving the event area, the right of access to the event site expires. Since we scan the barcode of your ticket at the entrance, stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors.
